Clinical decision support (CDS) for drug-induced QT interval prolongation are being deployed across health systems; however, clinician adoption of CDS remains low. Identifying tangible factors that influence CDS adoption is critical to maximize the intended positive impact on patient care. We describe clinician adoption of a CDS for 11 drug-induced QT prolonging drugs and compare adoption between drugs with and without safe therapeutic alternatives.
