Description
Evidence for use of MyChart in Emergency Department (ED) visitors is scarce and needs to be better quantified. In order to address this problem we performed a retrospective chart review in patients in the ED looking at numerous variables in order to determine an association with MyChart activation and utilization. Our preliminary results show that MyChart activation amongst ED patients is around 30% and that
more research needs to be done to improve these results.
