The Know Falls Learning System was created for a collaborative of small rural hospitals to report and learn from fall events. Developed with input from industrial/organizational psychologists, Know Falls employs a series of three logic-driven forms within a REDCap database to facilitate critical thinking and interprofessional problem solving. Over 1,000 falls are recorded in Know Falls resulting in a rich dataset to be further explored and transformed into knowledge that was never before possible.

Attendees will be able to explain how the Know Falls Learning System may reduce inpatient fall risk by facilitating critical thinking and interprofessional problem solving at the patient and system levels.
