Description
Manual chart review is a time consuming but necessary part of many health care processes including clinical coding, quality measurements, and trial recruitment. In this presentation, we describe the integration of the open source ClarityNLP platform into a SMART on FHIR application enabling automated abstraction of a variety of data elements from the clinical chart.
