Description
In a fragmented healthcare system, clinicians depend on robust coordination to provide safe, effective care. However, workflows to identify appropriate clinicians to communicate with, and the tools with which we conduct communication, are inefficient and antiquated. In this Ignite-style talk we present our vision for a modern, EHR-integrated, communication platform inspired by technology used in our personal lives (e.g., social networks and messaging apps), and relay our early experiences implementing such tools.
