Description

Medical resident and students get very little training in their personal first impression. First impression is important for teamwork and patient rapport. We succeeded in building a platform and creating a workshop that helps medical professionals objectively discover their first impression. Armed with their objective first impression information, individuals can work to change unwanted first impression traits to improve teamwork and patient satisfaction.
