Description
A Pathogen Portal interactive dashboard was created combining financial and clinical data, resulting in the display of 1,815 clinical trials, 226 infectious disease pathogens, and $1.93 billion expenditure over the last 11 years. The portal is subdivided into foodborne pathogens, influenza, and neglected tropical diseases. Vast volumes of data are condensed in a user-friendly way, which fosters data exploration and trend discovery, and informs the decision-making process to support public health needs.
