There are currently no standard instruments to document and retrieve data from multiple specialties for patients diagnosed with prostate cancer within the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Developing a workflow that utilizes standard documentation and retrieves quality and consistent data allows effective continuity of care as well as an opportunity to further share relevant data with national registries.
