We will share the results of our Optimization efforts with 55 ambulatory practices at Penn Medicine. Our goals were to improve efficiency in the EHR, improve quality of care and increase provider satisfaction. We were able to successfully improve the efficiency of over 300 physicians, advanced practice provider’s and support staff by reducing time in the system, improving response time to routine and critical results and increasing utilization of available tools in the EHR. We will demonstrate objective improvements and share positive feedback received from our end users.
